2) Using any stock image in this gallery for profit, non-profit or commercial use requires our permission. Just send us a note, explaining what you want to use the image for, any links relevant to the use, and odds are that you'll get your permission. So please take the time to ask for the permission first. If we get wind of any stock being used without permission, action will be taken and you will not be given permission to use any of our stock thereafter.
This applies merely to the actual use of the image itself. If you are using the photos for REFERENCE for a drawing or painting, NOT a photomanipulation, then feel free to draw or paint away.

Please also recall that a large majority of these photos are merely ones which we had no use for, or that didn't come out the way we expected. We will try and maintain a decent level of quality, but we're usually only out for some entertainment at the zoo ro something, and not specifically out to provide stock. So please do not complain about quality.
